Top Marks Learning provides online educational support for students across different classes, subjects and syllabi.

• Micro-batch online tuition

• Homework and doubt-clearing support
• Spoken English and communication programs
• Spoken Hindi programs
• Phonics and reading programs
• Other educational programs introduced by Top Marks Learning

Availability may depend on the student's class, syllabus, subject, preferred timing and teacher availability.

3. Enrolment & Class Confirmation

An enquiry alone does not guarantee admission, class timing or teacher availability.

A class or program may be considered confirmed only after the required enrolment process has been completed and any applicable payment has been received.

Parents or students should provide accurate information regarding class, syllabus, subjects and learning requirements so that suitable support can be arranged.

4. Fees & Payments

Tuition fees may vary depending on factors such as:

• Class or grade
• Subject
• Syllabus or curriculum
• 1-to-1 or micro-batch format
• Number of learning hours
• Teacher availability
• Special program requirements

The applicable fee will normally be communicated before enrolment or class confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed, fees should be paid according to the payment schedule communicated by Top Marks Learning.

5. Student Attendance

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes regularly and join at the agreed time.

Regular attendance is important for continuity in learning, revision and academic progress.

If a student is unable to attend, the parent or student should inform Top Marks Learning as early as reasonably possible.

6. Class Scheduling & Rescheduling

Class timings are arranged based on student requirements, teacher availability and mutually agreed schedules.

Requests to change or reschedule a class are subject to teacher and time-slot availability.

Top Marks Learning may occasionally need to reschedule a class due to teacher unavailability, technical issues or other unavoidable circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, an alternative class time may be offered.

7. Teacher Allocation

Teachers may be allocated according to subject expertise, class level, syllabus and availability.

Top Marks Learning may change or replace a teacher where required due to scheduling, availability or academic considerations.

A specific teacher cannot always be guaranteed for the full duration of a student's enrolment.

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during classes and communicate appropriately with teachers and other learners.

Disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in warnings, suspension from a class or discontinuation of services where necessary.

9. Online Class Requirements

Students are responsible for having reasonable access to the technology required for online classes, including:

• A suitable smartphone, tablet or computer
• A stable internet connection
• Audio capability
• Video capability where required
• Access to the agreed online learning platform

Top Marks Learning is not responsible for class disruption caused by internet, power or device problems at the student's side.

10. Learning Materials

Notes, worksheets, questions, presentations or other materials shared during classes are intended for the student's personal educational use.

Materials created by Top Marks Learning or its teachers should not be reproduced, sold, publicly distributed or used commercially without permission.

11. Class Recording

Students or parents should not record, publish or distribute classes without permission.

If Top Marks Learning records a session for educational, training or quality purposes, appropriate communication or consent will be used where required.

12. Academic Results

Top Marks Learning aims to provide effective academic support, but no specific examination mark, grade, rank or academic outcome can be guaranteed.

Academic performance can depend on several factors including attendance, student effort, regular practice, school instruction, prior knowledge and examination performance.

13. Micro-Batch Classes

Micro batches may be formed based on class, subject, syllabus, student level and available timings.

Batch composition, teacher allocation or timing may be changed where reasonably required to maintain the class.

A micro batch may not be available for every subject, syllabus or time slot.

14. 1-to-1 Tuition

1-to-1 tuition provides individual learning support, but class timings remain subject to teacher availability.

Personalised learning does not mean that every request for a particular teacher, teaching method, chapter schedule or timing can always be accommodated.

15. Cancellations & Refunds

Class cancellations, rescheduling, unused hours and refund requests are handled according to the applicable Top Marks Learning Refund & Cancellation Policy.
