Selection Process
Our hiring process is of 2 steps that ensures high-quality teaching standards.
Step 1: Tutoring Demo Video
- Record a demo class (minimum 10 minutes)
- Teach a concept clearly (not reading)
- Medium: English only or English + your mother tongue
- Use PPT / Whiteboard tools
- Clear audio + proper lighting required
- Upload to Google Drive / YouTube (Unlisted)
Step 2: Online Interview
- Conducted via Google Meet / Zoom
- Live teaching demo may be required
- Subject knowledge + communication will be evaluated
Payment Details
- Class 1–10: ₹150/hour
- Class 11–12: ₹200/hour
